Education and Professional

I grew up in Carmel, IN and attended Carmel High School. Upon graduation I attended Ball State University where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in Business Information Technology. While in college my father and I purchased several rental properties, which we still manage to this day. During this time I found a true passion for real estate.

I worked at a local and dominate finance company for some time upon graduation from college. During this time I learned a great deal about finance which correlates to real estate as well.

When I left the finance industry I became involved in real estate. I have been a licensed real estate broker for several years. I originally started out working under my father, Tony Hart, who is the loan officer at F.C. Tucker Castleton. Although I had good production I felt I had to affiliate with the number one real estate company in the Midwest.

I joined the F.C. Tucker Company Castleton and became a member of The Carroll Team. Our team is backed by years of experience and multimillion dollars in sales annually. Our goal is to provide the highest level of customer service for out clients.

Other

When I’m not working, which is rarer and rarer these days I like to work out, play golf, and I am also a huge technology fan. I am always researching the newest gadgets and stay up on technology trends. This hobby has greatly helped me develop an edge in real estate. Since so many people are using the internet these days to find homes, our listings are heavily marketed through the internet and technology.

I also spend time playing with my one year old boxer. Tilly is a pureblood boxer and is extremely playful.
